Vancouver born and raised DJ with a knack for adding musical color to the world around him. His sounds are unique, with an effervescent blend of chilled out music to songs. Ekali originally started playing violin at the age of 13 but moved on to playing bass and toured extensively with Said the Whale. In 2014, he turned to electronic music and began to cultivate his own sound. He has since collaborated with different artists across a variety of genres, including earning a writing credit on Drake’s album, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
