F.A.Q. Need Ticket Help?

  • About The Festival

    Contact Festival is the biggest winter music festival in Canada that takes place at BC Place in Vancouver on December 27 & 28, 2019. Contact Festival is a 2 Day event with 2 stages that starts at 5pm and ends at 12am each day. The festival is all ages with 19+ bars and coat check available.

  • Purchasing A Festival Ticket

    When purchasing a ticket, please remember that VIP tickets are only available for 19+ customers. All other ages are welcome to purchase a GA ticket.

    You will have 3 options for ticket delivery:
    E-Ticket – emailed to ticket holders before the festival date that are scannable at the entrance to the festival.
    Will Call – available for pick up at the Box Office with purchasers ID and Credit Card used to purchase.
    Mail Order – mailed to your address at a nominal fee.

    2 day ticket holders will receive a wristband when entering BC Place. One day ticket holders do not require a wristband. Your 2 day wristband will grant you entry into the second day of the festival without needing another ticket. Please note that 2 day wristbands are non-transferable and must not be tampered with, cut or removed. If your wristband looks tampered with on entry, you could be denied entry.

    Blueprint will have Official Ticket Promoters selling hardcopy tickets that will be available to exchange for festival wristbands.

    When buying second hand tickets, please be aware of ticket scammers:
    • Only buy tickets online through our website or Official Ticket Promoters
    • Do not buy from someone you don’t know, especially if they are asking for Paypal
    • Buying resale tickets are at your own discretion and the festival cannot be responsible for lost

  • What Comes With A VIP Ticket

    VIP Tickets offer a private VIP entrance to the festival, separate VIP area with the best vantage point in the stadium with private coat check, bathrooms and bar. VIP tickets holders must be 19+ to purchase. Regular ticket holders can purchase an upgrade to VIP on the day of the event within BC Place – please see the VIP guest service desk located on the floor near the VIP area entrance.

  • How Does The Payment Plan Work?

    Payment plans allow you to pay for your festival pass in 2 or 3 separate transactions, taken out on day of purchase, Oct 5 and Nov 5. All fees and taxes will be on your first time payment. All payments are will be taken out automatically via your credit card. If you do not have enough funds, Ticketmaster will try your transaction 2 more times. If your transaction fails, Ticketmaster will contact you via email and allow you a grace period to contact them to settle your payment.

  • How Do I Get To The Festival

    BC Place is located at 777 Pacific Blvd in Vancouver and can be reach via car, taxi or skytrain.

  • What Accommodations Are There Near The Festival
    +

    Accommodations are available throughout Downtown Vancouver. We suggest to find accommodations within walking distance or near a Skytrain station for easy transportation.

  • Are There In And Outs
    +

    There are no in and outs during each festival date. If you leave earlier than the closing time of each day, you will not be able to re-enter.

  • Are There Lockers Available

    Yes there will be lockers on site! These Mobile Charging Lockers allow you unlimited in-and-out access throughout the weekend, and each one features a universal cell phone charger. These lockers will be available for purchase closer to the festival.
  • What Is The Search Policy

    All guests will be subject to search for prohibited and illicit items upon entry in the interest of public and patron safety.

  • Is There Food & Drinks Available

    A variety of food and beverage options will be available on site. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on site, aside from one empty personal reusable bottle per person. There will be a free water station on site where guests will be able to fill their bottles.

  • What Are The Rules For Purchasing Alcohol

    Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at designated bar service areas within BC Place. Only 2 drinks can be served per person at one time. All customers wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages must have 2 pieces of ID with them at all times and are subject to show these items at any time during the festival.

  • What Are The Payment Options At The Festival

    Cash and credit cards will be accepted forms of payment. All food & bar services and merchandise tables will accept cash, debit and credit cards. Multiple ATM units will be located throughout the stadium.
